Hotel Accommodations

As in previous years, the MTA has reached out to several hotels near our meeting venue and have arranged reduced room rates for attendees of the 2013 Annual Symposium.

Please be aware that the MTA is not responsible for booking your room. Room rates are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be guaranteed by the MTA.  Please make all arrangements directly with the hotel of your choice, using the instructions below!

 

Marriott East Side

Cost:  $279/night
Location: 525 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10017

Reserve your rooms by calling 212-755-4000 and referencing our group block, “MTA Symposium.”

St Giles Hotel New York

Cost:  $239/night
Location: 120-130 East 39th Street, New York, NY 10016

Guests may book their reservations individually through Hillside Travel by emailing Linda Birmingham at lindahillside@hotmail.com, or by calling 800-521-8765. Remember to reference “MTA Symposium” while you are booking to receive the reduced rate.
